
Aarti Odhrani
Clinical Psychologist (MSc.)
Aarti is a licensed clinical psychologist under the Community Development Authority (CDA) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She has over 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults within educational settings, primarily in the role of a school counsellor.
Born and raised in Dubai and having lived in the US and Poland, Aarti relates deeply with the experiences of Third Culture Kids. This perspective shapes her work with children and families as they navigate adjustment, identity, and transitions in diverse environments.
Aarti works with children, teenagers, and adults, using a flexible and compassionate approach. In addition to therapy, she is trained to conduct psychological and educational assessments across age groups. Aarti is a certified provider of Triple P, an evidence-based Positive Parenting Program, and has a keen interest in working with parents to address and prevent emotional and behavioural challenges in children and teenagers.
Drawing from various therapeutic methods to build a supportive and empathetic connection with her clients and their families, Aarti is also passionate about relationship therapy and is trained in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), helping couples navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships.
