Vanessa Ofori

Occupational Therapist

Vanessa is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in mental health, having trained at London South Bank University in UK. Her practice is rooted in a holistic, client-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of meaningful engagement in daily life.

She has worked with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—in both clinical placements and professional roles. Her experience includes supporting clients with a range of diagnoses, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders, always through the lens of occupational therapy to enhance their independence and well-being.

Passionate about bridging the gap between physical and mental health, Vanessa recognizes the profound impact that movement, environment, and daily routines have on emotional well-being.

At the heart of her practice is cultural competence. She believes in the importance of understanding each person’s unique background, values, and lived experiences to provide truly person-centered care that respects and empowers every individual.
